Simultaneously ski technique is transmitted into course settings, where we are developing the right timing and tactics for carrying out individual parts of the track.

During the 10-day camp 1 day off is scheduled, which allow racers sufficient rest and prevent the possibility of injuries.

Video analysis is absolutely mandatory in modern training in order to maximize the improvement of the athlete. With the help of slow motion and freeze frames your coach will show and explain you what needs to be improved in your technique. In addition, a map with lots of World Cup pictures and the latest World Cup videos will support you to memorize the perfect positions and movements for the next training day.

Good physical condition of the athlete is a essence for the future development. Only well prepared athlete can take away maximum result from the trainings and reach good results in the competitions. Proper physical condition is the basic for the good health and prevention from the injuries. That is the reason why our dry land training camp is starting with the medical check up where the doctor and physical coach are receiving needed data for the future individual work with an athlete. Depends on time of stay of the athlete after the testings we are providing minimum 3-4 days of trainings with our coach in order to learn proper execution of exercises. The ideal is them to stay on a full physical training camp with the duration of 10-14 days.

The training contains all the classical categories like endurance, power, speed, quickness, coordination, balance and is guided by the latest consolidated findings of sports science. The idea is to complete and support our on snow training and to give you professional advices for your work out at home.

The most important part of the ski equipment are ski racing boots. Only well shaped boots will in the future allow athletes to learn and develop the skills during the training camps and races. Due to that fact we are paying special attention to the ski boots preparation. For the best preparation we are cooperating with the best in class specialists from Koala sport who are experienced in preparation and tuning the racing boots of the Slovenian National team racers. First the specialists are checking existing boots and if possible they are performing fittings. If this is not possible they can prepare and fit new racing boots.

The latest secrets from the World Cup will not only make you faster in your next race season. It is also absolutely essential in order to be able to learn a ski technique at the highest level. Thanks to the close cooperation with company Tesma Sport, our coaches are always entirely informed about the latest developments in the World Cup.
